required for membership in Ski Bees:
1) Membership Application for all New AND/or Former members [download here]
3) Signed Specific
Event Waiver for each participant

4) Active membership with USAWaterski

($50 individual, $100 family)
Documents may be
mailed to the following address or brought to your first practice. Please
understand that all documents and fees must be submitted before participating.
